Greiff-Koven represents bothbuyers and sellers of residential Real Estate anywhere in Israeli, but usuallyin Bet Shemesh, Jerusalem, the Jerusalem Corridor, including kibbutzim andmoshavim. We offer Anglo-Saxon clients from Israel and abroad attention totheir special needs, starting with bridging the language gap, throughstreamlining some usually difficult and irksome issues, such as transferringmoney from abroad and back again, tax reporting and paying Israeli taxes, andinterfacing with mortgage banks.

Greiff-Koven also has a standinglist of recommendations for mortgage brokers, engineers, building inspectors,appraisers, realtors and other associated professionals who you might need whenbuying or selling an apartment.
